Good to know
The location is convenient to Hot Springs and shopping, the cove is quiet and has water all year, the beach area is unique and so useful, and the house was completely remodeled in the mid-2000's and again in 2020. The large dock, includes a covered patio, which is a great place to relax and watch your friends and family enjoy the special beach area. A landscaped fire pit with seating was recently added, which is the perfect spot to enjoy a cold drink while you watch the sun set over the lake and the flames dance. The home has a recently completed addition above the garage which was finished out as an elegant apartment, including a platform bed, living area with couch, TV, kitchenette and an amazing bathroom with a free standing tub and walk-in shower.
